JAGORR Website Terms

These terms govern use of the JAGORR website. Kickstarter pledges and external services are also governed by their own terms and campaign conditions.

These terms apply only to the JAGORR website. A pledge, purchase or interaction completed through Kickstarter will also be governed by Kickstarter’s own terms, policies and campaign conditions.

3. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about:

The website does not currently provide direct online checkout or payment processing. Buttons labelled “Back JAGORR on Kickstarter” or similar will redirect visitors to an external Kickstarter page.

4. Product concepts and specifications

Some photographs, renders, illustrations, exploded views and technical images displayed on the website may show product concepts, digital visualisations, prototypes or pre-production designs.

Unless expressly identified as final production specifications:

  • Images are provided for illustration.
  • Colours may differ depending on lighting and display settings.
  • Materials, dimensions, construction methods and detailing may change during prototyping.
  • Final production shoes may contain reasonable technical or manufacturing adjustments.
  • Product availability, launch sizes and delivery schedules remain subject to confirmation.

We will aim to describe the intended product honestly and update material information when final production specifications have been approved.

5. Kickstarter campaign

JAGORR may use Kickstarter to fund or launch its first production run. The relevant Kickstarter campaign page will display available pledge or reward levels, the campaign target and deadline, product sizes and colourways, estimated delivery dates, shipping availability, taxes or customs information, campaign risks, and cancellation or pledge-management conditions.

A Kickstarter pledge is not completed through this website. JAGORR is not responsible for the operation, availability or technical performance of Kickstarter’s website. Visitors should review Kickstarter’s applicable terms and privacy information before making a pledge.

6. No investment offer

Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • An offer of shares or securities
  • An investment recommendation
  • A loan opportunity
  • A promise of financial returns
  • Regulated financial crowdfunding

Any Kickstarter campaign connected with JAGORR is intended to offer product-based rewards and does not provide ownership, dividends, interest or profit participation.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the website and its content belong to JAGORR or are used with permission. This includes the JAGORR name, wordmark, feline emblem, sneaker and sole designs, imagery, videos, graphics, written content, layouts, technical illustrations and campaign materials.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Reproduce JAGORR designs or product images
  • Copy or modify the feline emblem
  • Use JAGORR content for commercial advertising
  • Manufacture products based on JAGORR designs
  • Scrape or systematically extract website content
  • Present JAGORR materials as your own
  • Remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices

No use of this website grants you any licence to JAGORR’s intellectual property.

8. Permitted use

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or server
  • Introduce malware, malicious code or automated attacks
  • Interfere with website security or availability
  • Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or organisation

Visitors may be able to subscribe for JAGORR updates. Where legally required, marketing emails will be sent only after valid consent has been provided. German law restricts unwanted electronic advertising, so newsletter consent should be clear and properly recorded.

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting info@jagorr.com. Unsubscribing does not affect administrative messages that may be necessary to respond to an enquiry or manage an existing request.

11. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, network interruptions, updates or events outside our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend or discontinue sections of the website when reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, JAGORR is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from temporary website unavailability, reliance on clearly identified concept information, external websites, incompatible devices or browsers, or unauthorised third-party interference beyond our reasonable control.

These limitations do not override rights granted by applicable consumer-protection law.
